Each package includes the following:

  • Exclusive use of entire venue (Main floor, ballroom, 2 spacious getting ready suites, wine cellar, prep kitchen, restrooms)
  • 8 72” Rectangular tables
  • 10” Round tables
  • 100 Premium Black chairs
  • Basic sound system
  • Prep Kitchen
  • Outside vendors allowed (must be vetted by venue)
  • Optional use of venue furniture.
  • Venue Manager (Note: This is not a coordinator. All weddings will need to hire a professional coordinator.)

The Elopement Package

Starting at $3,800

5 hour venue rental from set up to cleanup.
Additional hours for $400 per hour.

Designed for the couple looking for a more intimate experience, the elopement package offers ample access for your party, without the bells and whistles you might not need for a smaller event.

Holiday Parties + Corporate

Starting at: $2,200

Each rental includes the following:

  • 6-Hour rental period (This includes time needed to setup and teardown)
  • Exclusive use of 1 of our 2 main event spaces + Kitchen prep space
  • The use of up to 50 of our premium black chairs (There could be more depending on availability.)
  • The choice of up to 10 round or rectangular tables (depending on availability).
  • Optional use of venue furniture.
  • Onsite venue manager.
  • Additional hours can be arranged for an extra $300 per hour
